Well, although we're sad that the season is over, the Angels made us proud this year. They finally proved to themselves (and to the fans on the edge of their seats) that they can, in fact, beat the Red Sox in the playoffs. Not only did they beat them, but they SWEPT them to advance to the second round! It was beautiful. And although the Yankees won in the second round fair and square, we went down fighting.

Our first game was with Jeff, Jenny, and Maddox Kreil. It was fun. Both the boys' hats were way too big for them... super cute!

It was a memorable season for many reasons, but especially because I started off the season as big as a HOUSE, and finished the season with a little munchkin in my arms. He was a trooper at the games, trying to nap while surrounded by obnoxious Yankees fans, and trying to breastfeed in tight quarters - stadium seats - but he did a great job over all. He even slept through the fireworks at the last game!

With Mom-mom in her excellent Diamond Club seats. Waiters serving you in your seats is normal for a ball game, right? Boy, are we spoiled!

You'll have to excuse the A's onesie. It was Mommy's compromise with Daddy... A's onesie and Angels hat and jacket. After all, it was an Angels vs. A's game. So until he knows to protest yucky green, I suppose this is how it will have to be!
